End of Term

Mixed emotions. End of an era for B. In September, she is moving boarding house, class and therapists, first time in 3 years. Today was end of year prizegiving, I didn't know if she was receiving anything or not. Well she did. She got this:

and this:

and a HSM watch (we really can't get away from that...ok, I can't) and a woollies voucher.

She cried alot when it finished. She is going to find the transition hard I think. She cried, I cried and then one of the other little girls cried. So toilet roll all round. She will be fine, she will be fine, she will be fine!

7 weeks off now for B. Mmmmm

3yrs with people who know you .. who know what you need when you need it and when to step back .. Your little friend H is about to take the same leap in sept .. moving class and *loved ones* to a whole new way of life at school ..
but knowing you both ..you'll just take it on the chin and get on with it trying trying trying all the way to make everything work for you . 10/10 for Effort always ! .. certificates dont say it enough .. one more step along the world you go .. head high and stronger than anyone would ever think you could be when your body isnt showing that. WOW Beth,I remember so well the heartache and tears that went before your move to Treloars...what an amazing three years between then and now! you have made us all so proud of you and your Mum!

Sandy started with the words of a Children's hymn, i hope you wont mind if I goa little further and give you the words from the Bible.

That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
2nd Corinthians chapter 12 verse 10

I think your weakening body has shown so many people how strong you really are!

Keep up your determination and your smile we will all be cheering you on!

Much love!
Tina
